THE GYM

Fight Nation is currently situated, directly off of Hua Hin soi 94 sounded by cafes and with great parking availability. our large hangar allows for a great airflow and plenty of space to fight and work out.

 

The venue offers a wide range of bags, heavy bags, weights, pads and other equipment which ensures plenty of training options. The gym is easily accessible from baan khun por and soi 94. The location has a fully equipped sparing ring as well as an oversized jiu-jitsu mat and a small cafe. Read more about our facilities here.

THE PHILOSOPHY

Our goal is to build a community of warriors by providing a platform where every student regardless of gender, race or age can achieve their full potential in mind and body and be an active part of the fighting nation. At Fight Nation you will be trained as an individual, getting the required attention and encouragement while progressing at your own pace.

 

Whether you are a newcomer or a professional fighter, we have a program that will fit your level and ambition. Men, Women, and Children of all ages and ethnicity are training to become better versions of themselves every day.

THE TRAINING

Our planned, progressive training programs aids beginners of any ability and fitness to improve and advance, while learning specific and applicable techniques from day one. We track the skill level for each student in order to ensure each student is always learning at the most effective rate.


At each level of student progression, different styles, concepts, and methods are introduced. While there will be adequate review to help refine each students’ skills, the introduction of new principles will serve as a motivating factor as each student advance. The curriculum continues to provide new challenges throughout the training process, we promise, you will never get bored or feel plateaued.

 

Many mixed martial arts schools teach individual applications for each branch of fighting. This often results in students learning techniques and principles that are contradictory. Fight Nations training programs are developed as an integrated style, with a focus on learning complimentary principles to cover striking techniques, evasion, grappling, joint locking, and pressure points. 
 

THE MIND

The core ambition of mixed martial arts with Fight Nation is to push your physique and your will to its extreme limits, to allow you to stay fit and in fighting shape both mentally and physically. It offers great benefits for both children and adults, as it provides a full body and mind workout.
 

Most people have a certain level of confrontational avoidance, which in turn becomes a limiting belief socially. Our confidence affects many aspects of our lives and how we interact with each other. However, we all must at times deal with confrontations with others. Mixed martial arts gives you the skills and confidence to take control of any situation that comes your way. Knowing that you can defend yourself against an attacker raises your confidence on a subconscious level, both in, and outside of a physical confrontation.
 

Many people, especially growing up, give up pursuing their goals at a certain threshold. This is usually the point at which the most successful in life are sorted from the people who settle for mediocrity. With mixed martial arts you are more likely to do it wrong for the first time, but if you remain focused and persistent, you will eventually master your own body and mind. Fight Nation teaches you to never give up, and gives you the confidence that you can achieve your goals as long as you work hard.

THE BODY

Preparing the body, not only for the known, but also the unknown, is a great conditioning tool and an integral part of mixed martial arts. It is not a traditional, specialized training program, where you would for example do isolated weightlifting for a certain muscle. Mixed martial arts combines strength training, explosive plyometrics, speed training, Weight lifting, body weight exercises, gymnastics, and endurance exercise.

Training with Fight Nation you will be working out 3 to 5 days per week, the workouts are highly intense and diverse, which means you will be using your body in ways you will never experience with a regular workout.

Mixed martial arts target all the major components of physical fitness: stamina, muscular strength, cardiorespiratory fitness, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
